Therapy Rates & Insurance Coverage
Session Fees
Individual counselling sessions are $160 for 50–55 minutes, held in person at my Vancouver office or online across British Columbia.
Insurance and Third-Party Billing
Counselling services provided by Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) are covered by most extended health benefit plans in BC. After each session, I provide a detailed receipt you can submit directly to your provider for reimbursement. I don't offer direct billing at this time, so I recommend confirming your specific coverage details with your provider before we begin.
Not Sure About Your Coverage?
Many extended health plans list "Registered Clinical Counsellor" or "RCC" specifically. It's worth checking your plan documents or calling your provider to confirm your annual counselling maximum. If you're unsure how to check, I'm happy to point you in the right direction.
