Anxiety can show up in many ways—persistent worry, racing thoughts, physical tension, or a sense of being constantly on edge. It is also your body’s way of communicating something important. Together, we can explore the underlying factors that may be contributing to your anxiety and make sense of what your experience is trying to tell you.
Grief is complex and personal process that can feel overwhelming. Processing your experiences in a safe and gentle space can allow for healing and the confidence to move through painful emotional states. Grief processing includes honouring what has been lost, while supporting you in finding meaning and connection along the way.
Working with trauma requires a slow and gentle approach in order to ground in the body. This space can be one where you can process difficult memories and emotions with compassion and support. In collaboration, we work at a pace that feels safe for you, exploring how past experiences may be affecting your present life, and cultivating strategies to restore a sense of safety, empowerment, and resilience.
Depression can feel heavy, isolating, and exhausting. You may be experiencing persistent sadness, low motivation, loss of interest in activities, or a sense of hopelessness. Counselling can support you in addressing your internal and external states in order to re-establish connection, hope and wellbeing.
Becoming a parent comes with profound joy as well as unexpected challenges, from navigating life transitions and balancing new responsibilities to fostering meaningful connections with your child or children and adjusting to ever-changing circumstances. Move through these states with a greater sense of self-care and connection through your journey as a parent.
These profound transitions touch every part of your life - your body, your relationships, and your sense of self. You will be met with warmth, compassion and respect while we navigate these phases in a way that encourages confidence, understanding and growth.
